Hotel is in a good location central to the town and close to the attractive seafront. Stayed in a good double room with a partial sea view for 2 nights.|HOWEVER the air conditioning did not work and despite bringing this to the attention of the staff on numerous occasions they failed to resolve the issue. With the temperature reaching over 30 degrees it was impossible to sleep. The hotel manager refused to compensate us for this and did not even have the politeness to face us at reception to apologise and justify how not having air conditioning working is justifiable in a hotel of this calibre. My sympathy for the staff for not having the support of the hotel owners in handling this issue correctly. Poor show.

Emplacement exceptionnel en plein cœur du centre ville d’arcachon et de la plage/port. Personnel très accueil et sympathique : mention spécial pour l’accueil au petit déjeuner ! Grand choix au petit dej et super bon !
Petit bémol : cafard dans la chambre du aux travaux dans la ville.

Prétendre à un hôtel 4 étoiles avec un cafard énorme sorti de sous la moquette dans les escaliers de l Accueil c est inadmissible l ensemble de l hôtel est poussiéreux mal entretenu faire attention à la propreté les rampes d escaliers salle de douche wc les poignets de portes ect

Das Zimmer war klein aber gemütlich. Es gab einen kleinen Balkon mit Aussicht und teilweisem Meerblick. Der Rezeptionist sprach sogar deutsch. Es gibt insgesamt 9 kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. Sofern diese aber besetzt sind – Fehlanzeige. |Ein kleiner Kühlschrank kann für 5,00 € pro Tag gebucht werden – fanden wir gut.|Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Hôtel à fuire!!!! C’est une honte!!! |Un acceuil plus que désagréable par un personnel absolument pas à la hauteur.||Une réception hautaine qui ne connaît pas le mot “service” |Des chambres sales dont on se demande où a été trouvé la troisième étoile. |Une propriétaire qui ne cherche que le tiroir caisse.
