Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Arcachon dans cet hôtel de charme situé très proche du centre , à deux pas de la plage mais très au calme.
Les chambres sont décorées avec goût , le petit dej est extra et nos hôtes d’une grande gentillesse.
Nous reviendrons !

Qu'elle belle découverte cet Hôtel de charme. Très bien situé à seulement quelques mètres de la plage et pas loin du centre ville. Décoré avec goût, d'une propreté irréprochable. Accueil parfait Stephane et Marie ne manquent pas de conseils de bons plans pour vous faire passer un excellent séjour. J'adore le patio avec Citronnier, figuier et autres plantes, il faut s'y laisser aller à la détente. Que dire du petit déjeuner concocté par Marie, un sans faute, des produits frais, salade de fruits maison, gâteaux maison, il y en a pour tous les goûts, vous pouvez manger des œufs brouillés à la demande, un délice pour démarrer sa journée.Hôtel Home on y vient par hasard mais on y retourne les yeux fermés avec grand plaisir.

A really expensive experience! The owner of the hotel was very unflexible and said he lock the door at 20:00, so if we would be there after 20:00, we will not get our room. When we asked for a free cancelation he refused and like an enchanted disk stated that the check in is at 20:00 the latest and thats it.
Since it was impossible for us to make it at this strict dead line we lost the room and did not get anything back of the 230 euros that we had paid, and since it is in the middle of the high season we could not find another hotel in the area and had to sleep in the car.
We kindly asked the owner to wait 45 minutes to make a solution for us, but he refused.
We are surprised that a hotel of this price does not offer more flexibility and customer service. If you dont want to work/be available after 20:00 or have someone helping you after this time, you should not run a hotel.
However the worst part is that he refused to refund us. We feel robbed. We got stuck in traffic and lost a 230 euros hotel room. The owner does not care anything about it because it is the season and he thinks he can treat people with no empathy because the rooms are selling out any way.
Our advice is to not book this hotel! Especially not if you are driving or coming by plane because then you risk to get locked out if you get stuck in traffic or your plane is delayed. A hotel at this price should have solutions for situations like this.
