I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel with a group of colleagues during our professional mission of charity. Our stay was characterized by a mix of positive and negative experiences, leaving us with both satisfaction and disappointment.

Upon our arrival at the hotel, our initial interaction with the reception staff set the tone for our visit. We were greeted by two men at the reception desk, and while one of them was genuinely kind and accommodating, the other left a lot to be desired in terms of his attitude and demeanor. It was clear that he was not as welcoming as his colleague, which cast a shadow on our check-in experience!!!!

In a diverse group such as ours, which included young professionals on a mission of charity, it is essential that every guest feels equally valued and respected. Unfortunately, the unpleasant attitude we encountered with one of the staff members was a point of concern for us. We believe that every guest, regardless of their background or purpose of stay, deserves to be treated with courtesy and professionalism.

Nonetheless, it's important to acknowledge the positive aspects of our stay. The hotel's facilities, cleanliness, and overall ambiance were commendable. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, which allowed us to rest after long days of work. The location was convenient, making it easy for us to access the necessary amenities during our stay.

our experience at was a mixed one. While the hotel has great potential to offer an excellent guest experience, the need for consistent, welcoming customer service is evident. We hope that the management of the hotel will take our feedback into account and work towards ensuring that all guests are treated with the same level of respect and professionalism.
