L'Aiguillon 餐厅的餐厅经理热罗姆-高特拉耶（Jérôme Gauthraye）为我们提供了一种烹饪体验，每道菜都配有时令蔬菜，主要是有机蔬菜。大部分野生鱼类来自阿卡雄鱼拍卖会，肉类来自巴斯克地区和朗德地区的生产商。为了保证菜肴的新鲜和质量，菜单特意做得很短，大部分菜肴都与菜单融为一体。主厨精通重温当地美食经典的艺术。Les Embruns是与家人共进午餐或晚餐的好去处。

The food was good but the presentation was pretty basic. I liked that the menu was online and in both French and English (although the UX could be improved). If it was only for the food, I would come back but the waitress (might be the owner?) made us feel ill at ease and was a bit aloof. The super white lights, the lack of music and a small number of tables made the atmosphere very cold, silent and weird. All I wanted to do at the end of the meal was to leave!
