Unhelpful tourist office staff who flatly refused to help me reserve the Bergerac airport bus, and had no information to share about walking trails from the city to the Dordogne river. Despite this, I managed the river walk myself in 2.5 hours - and also backpacked to the airport from Bergerac the following day (1.5 hrs). No decent public bus service round here - yet they complain in these parts about traffic congestion!
