Loved our stay here. Great room and great location in Sarlat. A big thanks to wonderful reception staff Valentin and Cloise for their extra help when our luggage went astray and they helped with laundry and also sent a suitcase on to UK when it arrived after we left. Amazing service and kindness!

Beware, location is not anywhere near car drop off. You must lug your suitcases multiple blocks. There is no elevator, you must carry your luggage up a spiral wooden staircase with a loose rope handrail. 2nd floor is actually 3rd floor. Not made known prior to arrival. Offsite parking (paid) is ten blocks away. There is no on site parking. Demand photos of your room first. Was not told of no car drop off until within days of arrival. Worst bait and switch ever. Can’t dissuade everyone enough.

Hotel excelente, dentro de la ciudad antigua, justo sobre la calle principal. Muy tranquilo y con habitaciones elegantes y completas. El patio interior es una delicia para desayunar y pasar el tiempo. Muy amables desde recepción dando facilidades y consejos sobre la ciudad y donde aparcar. Una maravilla a buen precio.

Nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit mais la chambre était parfaite : spacieuse, très joliment décorée et parfaitement équipée. L’accueil très professionnel et très agréable. La villa des consuls est idéalement située ce qui permet de flâner en plein centre ville. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
