Absolutely superb. Huge portions. The duck breast reduction must've taken days to fix. It was so good. Chocolate dessert. Wow!!!

We walked out of another restaurant in Sarlat & decided we wanted a special meal, so this was our choice. We had eaten here 7 years ago & we were hoping it was just as good. We were not disappointed. We sat out on the terrace & had a lovely meal with 3 courses set at 55 euros. The standouts were the duck & the chicken. The cocktail with champagne shot was delicious & the chablis was very smooth. The gourmand dessert with champagne gave you a small taste of 4 desserts. My only criticism is that they could offer a purely vegetarian option on the mains menu. Taking the pork out of the fish dish is not making it vegetarian. We left feeling it had been one of the better meals on our trip.

They were not open. Their Website stated "Open" we went in the evening without friends for her Birthday, walked up and the gates were closed, no notice to say how long they were closed....We will try again...
