Merveilleux restaurant
Manger dans cette établissement est un pur bonheur. Il y avait bien longtemps que je ne m’avais pris autant de plaisir à une table de restaurant.

Un moment magique, déjeuner dans le jardin ou vous pourrez profiter d'un cadre paisible. Une cuisine très raffinée ou le chef vous fait découvrir des saveurs inattendues avec des plats revisités.
Vos papilles seront conquises.
Belle carte de vins rouges et blancs.

Pas d'équivalent en Balagne! Exceptionnel, savoureux, recherché. On est très loin des standards, un réel plaisir. On recommande sans hésitation!!

Restaurant dans un très joli cadre. Bel accueil simple et convivial. Pour le repas, tout était simplement délicieux, plein de saveurs et joli dressage ! Une cuisine et un accueil de très grande qualité, gastronomique, sans être guindé ! Et notre chien pago s'est même lié d'amitié avec la gardienne des lieux, Thérèse ! Merci beaucoup pour ce très agréable moment !

Quite simply the best food we have experienced throughout our travels in Corsica.

The service was warm and welcoming, the menu choices were all really interesting and detailed and the execution of each dish was superb - a wonderful find in the middle of nowhere (it seemed).

Thank you I Salti, you will be my best memory of Corsica and it's food.

Un sans faute(hormis les moustiques qui se régalent aussi????). Cuisine fine et délicieuse, personnel hypra sympa(y compris Thérèse ❤️) et lieu romantique, zen. Moment idéal pour notre anniversaire de mariage(Merci pour les petites bougies❤️❤️)

Einfach ein echt super tolles Restaurant, die es verstehen das Essen auf ein neues Niveau zu rücken. Das Ambiente mit den Lichterketten lädt zum träumen ein, es ist super romantisch dort. Man könnte dort auch mit Kindern essen gehen, da die Inhaberin und ihre Angestellten sehr kinderlieb sind. Der Service lässt auch keine Wünsche offen, die Bedienungen sind sehr bemüht und fragen auch immer nach, ob es geschmeckt hat und konnten uns auch bei der Weinauswahl super gut beraten. Dies ist ein Restaurant was ich wirklich nur weiterempfehlen kann, wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Magnifique table de d'hôtes dans une vieille ferme dans un cadre naturel. Nombre de tables restreint, musique calme, petite carte, également adaptée aux végétariens. Personnel charmant et serviable. Les plats ne peuvent pas être commandés séparément (seulement en menu). La chienne Thérèse est adorable et les enfants sont les bienvenus.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante durante una vacanza insieme ai nostri due figli. Il ristorante è curato ed elegante ma non impegnativo e non molto formale. I piatti sono ottimi e ben curati. Il ristorante è ha un ampio parcheggio. Si trova a pochi minuti dalla strada principale. Il servizio è ottimo. Consigliatissimo.

Tout était parfait. Le cadre est incroyable, le service très pro, et les plats, les plats! Un régal du début à la fin, du goût, de la finesse et de l’originalité. Le tout à un prix très correct pour le niveau de cet établissement. Allez-y, vous ne serez pas déçus.
