Suite à notre expérience culinaire à "l'an Faim", j'ai eu l'occasion de goûter la cuvée d'Émilie, huile d'olive au parfum divin.
Nous nous sommes rendu au domaine.

This is such a beautiful place. The olive oil is incredible! worth the drive to experience an olive oil tasting with a true artist! Emilie and her husband were the kindest people we met in Corsica! They packed a case of olive oil so we could easily fly it home to share it with our friends and family! Hope to visit again one day! We look forward to being able to purchase in California one day soon!
