Wir haben an einer englischsprachigen Kellerführung teilgenommen. Leider war ein Teil der Gruppe nicht an den Informationen der netten jungen Dame interessiert, das war sehr störend. Dazu kommt die musikalische Untermalung der ausgestellten Kunstwerke und Besucher die einen kostenfreien Besuch machen und auf ihren Handys laut die Ansagen abspielen. Auch die Verkostung war wenig charmant. Marktschreierische Infos zum Champagner an sich, kein Platz zum Verkosten. Eventuell ist's unter der Woche besser. Der Keller an sich ist sehenswert, auch die ausgestellte Kunst!
Am besten den freien Besuch wählen und einfach gegenüber an der Villa Demoiselle ein Gläschen verkosten.

Domein zelf is prachtig en zeker de moeite waard om een tour te doen. Wij hadden een guided tour en kregen veel informatie van de begeleider over de champagne en de kelders. Ook is er veel kunst te zien, maar daar wordt an sich niet veel over toegelicht. Daarna de Vintage Grand Cru 2009 geproefd, maar deze viel erg tegen. Niet onze smaak en er zijn voor die prijs betere champagnes op de markt. Naar ons idee een beetje overhyped..

Overpriced, het huis dat je kan beaoeken is het niet helemaal waard. 3/4 van de kamers is zelfs gesloten

We had an incredible time here and the tour is gorgeous. The incorporation of art exhibits in the cellar tour makes the experience more fun and interactive. I accidentally booked the tour in French rather than English, and the staff were incredible helping to accommodate us on a different tour. The tour was fun and informative. We had a great day.

Aanrader om een self guided tour te toen. Handig is dan om bluetooth oortjes mee te nemen en de app te downloaden bij binnenkomst. Op deze manier heb je een volledige tour die je alles vertelt over Vranken Pommery. Prachtige kelders waar de mooie duizenden champagne flessen zijn opgeslagen. Na de tour moet je wel weer even de klim omhoog maken via de prachtige trap. Heerlijke rose brut champagne om te proeven na de tour en dan nog naar de villa aan de overkant van de straat.

Nous avons été très déçus de l'expérience musée + visite des caves. Ambiance Disneyland, beaucoup d'affluence.
La qualité de la visite du musée n'est vraiment pas au rdv malgré la sympathie de la guide. On sent une volonté d'allier art et histoire du champagne mais c'est plutôt raté. Les caves sont trop axés art/exposition du moment quand on s'attend surtout à découvrir l'histoire du champagne.
L'excellence, qu'on peut attendre d'une maison de champagne, n'est vraiment pas au rdv. Nous avons été beaucoup plus émerveillés par les maison concurrentes

Comment passer du rêve au cauchemar, rendez vous simplement chez vranken Pommery où pour le prix d'un étoilé vous aurez tout le service d'un bar PMU de 3 ème zone.
Audio guide qui ne fonctionne pas, visite des caves qui se transforme en une insupportable intrusion de pseudo art, sans aucun doute à visé fiscale.
Aucune information sur la fabrication du champagne, étonnant mais sans doute ont-ils oublié comment il se fabrique !
Et pour clore le tout la "dégustation" quel spectacle déplorable de voir 3 serveuses plus préoccupées de leur petite vie personnelle que d'accomplir le travail pour lequel elles sont payées.
Manifestement le comptoir reçoit plus de bulles que le verre et la Kronenbourg est mieux traitée dans un bar PMU que le champagne chez Pommery.
aucune remarque acceptée, vous êtes dans une ( ancienne) grande maison de champagne vivant sur son prestige et dans un monde révolu.
Bref passez votre chemin car il existe encore des maisons dignes de ce nom qui ont à cœur de promouvoir un certain art de vivre, plus traditionnel.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de faire la visite gastronomique le vendredi 17 janvier. Une expérience inoubliable menée de main de maître par un jeune guide passionné par son métier et l’histoire du domaine. Bravo et merci à Camille (notre guide) pour toutes ses explications très précises et les anecdotes partagées au fil de la visite ! Nous avons poursuivi par le dîner au réfectoire. Les mets étaient excellents. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le partage de connaissances du sommelier. Un grand merci pour votre professionnalisme !!

This was definitely a highlight of the visit to Reims, and I thought I wasn’t going to be interested.
So I’m not a champagne drinker but I was with a group that was. “Let’s do a champagne tour they said” so begrudgingly tagged along.
How wrong I could have been, this place was fascinating! The Caves under the property are mind blowingly incredible… I am not exaggerating, they are sooo impressive.
You enter from the main hall and the stairs go down and down and down. You wonder round what is probably only about 1000th of the entire cave system and there are thousands of champagne bottles just brewing, your head can’t get round the sheer scale of this enterprise.
If that wasn’t cool enough they had an art exhibition on down there to, to be honest I would have been satisfied with just the cave tour.
Then you come up and head through the museum where they had another amazing exhibit, it’s the tour that keeps on giving.
At the end they give you a large glass of Champagne, not my favourite bit, but my gang seemed happy.
We then headed over to the house, this wasn’t as interesting to me, my head was still in those caves! At the end they give you another glass of Champagne.
I can highly recommend and if you can only do one part of it, do the Caves, I want to go back and see if I can’t get a bigger tour of the caves, apparently the level we looked around us just the first of 3… it goes deeper ????????

Unique champagne tour - many interesting facts and tunnels. Beautiful place to discover one of the old french champagne houses. We also got a magnum to bring back home. Highly recommend.

Tres bella visite, nous avons choisi cette de 1 heure car avec les enfants, mais le mieux est super et la déco de Noël rajoutait une touche de magie.
