Visite spectaculaire
Déambulez au milieu des œuvres d’art, descendre à 30 mètres de profondeur avec cet escalier, dans les anciennes crayères, de nouveaux d’innombrables œuvres d’art, c’était à faire. C’est une visite spectaculaire avec toutes ces galeries même si une petite partie seulement des 18km est visible.

I did the self guided tour, loved walking through the cellars on my own. It’s more like an art gallery than a wine tour but a great experience.

Lovely cellar! It's impressive to see such a piece of work 30 meters deep and several kilometers long.
The arts and the cellars are absolutely worth a visit. The guide was slightly 'automatic' but really polite and helpful and their English easy to understand.
The wines are great (not awesome) and the shop is very nice and reasonable

Taking a star off is the very touristy feel of the guided tour and the slightly high price given it's only one glass of champagne (a full glass, though...but I'd much prefer having tasting sips of more than one)

世界で初めて辛口のシャンパンを作ったポメリーに乾杯。洞窟の中は10度くらいでひんやりとしていた。美術品、100年以上前のシャンパンなど、見どころ満載だった。見学後のシャンパンは言うまでもなく美味。

Exceptionnel domaine construit par Mme Pommery au 19ème siècle. On y trouve un restaurant, une boutique, des espaces dégustation, un musée et les fameuses caves. Visite guidée des caves et des crayères gallo-romaines dans lesquelles on peut voir de nombreuses oeuvres d'art suivie d'une dégustation de champagne. Je recommande d'opter pour le billet couplé avec ses deux visites guidées (Villa Demoiselle et caves). Certes vous aurez droit dans ce cas à deux dégustations de champagne... mais quand on aime, on ne compte pas :) et ce même si habituellement comme moi, on ne consomme pas d'alcool.

This winery is an experience like none other wineries. There is a museum which is filled with artworks and there are many ticket options all include wine tasting. If you have kids don’t worry as there is a non-alcoholic sparkling grape drink that they can taste. We opted for the most popular ticket option which was to go into the cellars which was filled with wine and art.
Would recommend if you come to Reims.

Superbe visite! Les caves Pommery sont très belles et la visite guidée parfaite avec la petite dégustation à la fin. L’entrée dans les caves par l’escalier est majestueuse. Un petit musée et de nombreux lieux de dégustation sont aussi disponibles. Cela fait deux fois que nous faisons cette visite et nous avons été très satisfait à chaque fois.

J’ai aimé la visite des caves du Domaine

Notre guide Julie a su tout au long du parcours des 800 mètres à 30 mètres sous-terre - nous captiver par l’histoire de Mme Pommery et sa volonté d’ajouter l’art au cœur tout au cours de ce parcours inédit.

Au final, une dégustation d’une coupe de champagne

More a museum than a winery, its a unique way to experience the champagne. We reserved a ticket a few weeks in advance, which actually allowed us to go whenever during that day. You enter and are free to wander on your own. Make sure to visit the cellar, as its one big museum. The champagne tasting area is self service, kind of strange. But its a great concept.

We would have liked to visit it. But the 3 receptionists were not very motivated to welcome us. Only one person was kind of working. We did not have the time to wait for 20min to pay 27€.

My wife and I visited the Pommery Caves in Reims and had a wonderful experience with the self-guided tour. We really appreciated being able to explore the caves at our own pace, using the app to listen to the rich history and stories behind the estate and its champagne. There was so much to see—beautiful carvings, impressive architecture, and a truly unique atmosphere. We ended up spending about an hour and a half underground, just taking it all in.

After the tour, we enjoyed a glass of their champagne, which was the perfect way to wrap up the visit. The entire estate is stunning and beautifully maintained, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Parking was easy during our visit, but we imagine it could be more challenging during the high season, so that’s something to keep in mind. All in all, a memorable and enjoyable experience—definitely worth a visit!

Geweldige ervaring, kunst en champagne wat wil je nog meer?! De kelder is net een museum. Er wordt hier op een prachtige en creatieve manier gebruik gemaakt van de locatie, geluid, ruimte en licht. Niet voor iedereen aan de recensies te lezen, sommige kiezen voor het modieuzere tasje van veuve clicquot. Ieder zijn statussymbool denk ik dan maar.

Une plongée envoûtante dans les caves Pommery, suivie de la visite de la majestueuse Villa Demoiselle, guidée par une conteuse passionnée qui nous a fait voyager à travers les siècles et les secrets de cette maison d’exception. Tout au long du parcours, l’art s’invitait en éclats sensibles, comme des murmures suspendus entre les murs. Un moment hors du temps, à vivre absolument.

Ons bezoek aan het champagnehuis Pommery was echt een leuke ervaring. De rondleiding door de indrukwekkende champagnekelders was niet alleen fascinerend, maar ook prachtig vormgegeven met kunst en historie. Onze gids was vriendelijk, enthousiast en wist op een boeiende manier alles te vertellen over het huis, het productieproces en de rijke geschiedenis van Pommery.

De proeverij was top, met heerlijke champagnes. Een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die van champagne houdt of gewoon nieuwsgierig is naar dit stukje Franse traditie.
