Ne vaut pas son prix
On trouve beaucoup mieux ailleurs
Service: 5/5 Excellent. Polite, prompt, and professional. The two customers before me were American tourists and tried to order in basic French, and the staff were patient and replied slowly and clearly in French so the clients could understand. I observed a very positive interaction with a non-native speaker. True customer service.
Ambience: 5/5 Excellent. Charming, elegant interiors and comfortable seating outside.
Cleanliness: 5/5 Excellent. Spotless and no litter.
Value: 4/5 Very Good. My pastry, "Sicilien" was €5.80 which is comparable to Parisian prices, but the pistachio flavors and quality were phenomenal.
Overall: 4.8/5 Excellent. If I visit Reims again, I would patron this location again without any hesitation. If I lived locally, I believe this would be my "go-to" regular boulangerie.
