Magnifique moment dans ce restaurant à la cuisine délicieuse et la décoration soignée. Personnel très attentif au moindre détails (j'ai moins apprécié le dessert par goût personnel et ils m’ont proposé d’en faire un autre pour remplacer), plats raffinés et succulents. Je recommande pour vivre une expérience exceptionnelle. Merci à toute l’équipe et merci au chef de proposer un menu végétarien, ce qui est rare dans ce type de restaurant.

Arbane is a haven of divine food and wine. But first and foremost it is the exceptional hospitality of Philippe Mille and his dedicated team which makes this restaurant unique. It is stylish but not intimidating, every bit of it oozes sophistication. The food is brilliant, every single course a joy. This is a starred restaurant with generous servings of the finest ingredients, all prepared to perfection. The seafood courses have to be mentioned: among the many highlights it was the smoked lobster which left us speechless. We made an exception and took the champagne pairing which was wise in this case. They know exactly what they are doing and the unique champagnes we were served matched the dishes perfectly. Thank you very much for an unforgettable experience, we will certainly return.
