L'hôtel ibis Épernay Centre-Ville est idéalement situé pour visiter la ville. Il dispose de 66 chambres rénovées et climatisées. Des chambres triples et familiales sont disponibles à la réservation, pour le plus grand bonheur des familles. Notre bar et notre service encas sont ouverts 24 h/24. Faites-vous plaisir tous les jours de 6 h 30 à 10 h avec notre buffet de petit déjeuner à volonté. La ville d'Épernay dispose de parkings publics extérieurs et de deux parkings souterrains, non loin de l'hôtel.

A fuir. Après avoir pratiqué d'autre Ibis en France. Absence de parking, Chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite (je n'avais rien demandé) situé à côté de l'ascenseur (une horreur toute la nuit) WC coincé entre 2 murs, petit déjeuner passable (boules à thé rouillées, ramequin en verre (non jetable, non biodégradable) pour mettre de la confiture dedans, vous avez oublié la COVID trop vite... Personnel à la réception inexistant

Kamer aan de kleine kant. Inchecken heeft tijdje geduurd, kon wat vlotter. Ontbijt is heel verzorgd en uitgebreid. Ligging is ideaal in Épernay

A normal business hotel i think. I like their Breakfast thou, Simple & Nice.

Fair value for an expensive area.
Be VERY careful eith car park charges. It's confusing and cost us over 90e for 2 days. Cards didn't work on exit. Help line not answered. Frightening. Ibis staff should warn of this but in their defence they don't own the car park and helped us escape with the costs escalated through sn elongated process.
IBIS SHOULD WARN THEIR CLIENTS AT POINT OF BOOKING AND ARRIVAL.
