Centralt Beläget hotell i Epernay. Rent, snyggt, bra AC, god frukost, nära till smidigt och billigt garage under hotellet.

Wonderful customer service. We were having difficulty booked airport transportation. The wonderful woman at the front desk helped us with arranging transport and making sure that we were able to communicate with the driver. Her extra attention and assistance was invaluable to us. We are so grateful for her help. It made a big difference for us and gave us peace of mind. Thank you

Kvalar in som den värsta hotellupplevelsen jag haft på 25 år. Extremt små mögelluktande rum med vidriga heltäckningsmattor som borde bytts ut för många år sedan. Badrummet är minimalt, du får backa in för att kunna stänga dörren. Väggarna i rummet och i badrummet är skavda och slitna. Centimetertjocka ränder av damm och smuts på listerna i rummet. Allmänt smutsig känsla och jag önskar vi hade avbrutit incheckningen och tagit in på annat ställe men vi reser med dvärgtax och bokade samma kväll och utbudet var begränsat. Sliten hiss och reception. Bra läge med 5 minuters promenad till Avenue de Champagne och relativt enkelt med parkering. Bo inte här!

Je déconseille cette hôtel ! Je vous suggère des hôtels comme louisium, ou encore le royal champagne hôtel ou d’autres mais celui-ci les salariés sont hyper hautain, négatifs sans ouverture d’esprits ! Prenez un Airbnb au lieu de perdre votre temps car vous serez reçu par des gens qui ne sont pas heureux et agressif !!! Donc pour votre séjour de tourisme où travail allez ailleurs...

An excellent hotel right in the centre of Épernay. Room was clean and good standard. Bathroom same and nice quality fittings. Breakfast five star. I haven’t found better in all my extensive travels worldwide. Quality food and nicely served. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Check and room were good, breakfast also very efficient and good quality. More information required on where best to park. We parked on the street but there is talk of an underground parking site but we didn’t see it.

Great hotel, super clean and excellent staff. We booked 10 minutes before arriving using the app and we really happy with our over night stay in a family room.

Un hôtel très bien situé dans le centre d’Epernay. Un ibis classique, j’ai envie de dire, rien d’exceptionnel mais cela respi fait à nos attentes. Personnel très agréable. Le petit plus : l’espace vélo !

A fuir. Après avoir pratiqué d'autre Ibis en France. Absence de parking, Chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite (je n'avais rien demandé) situé à côté de l'ascenseur (une horreur toute la nuit) WC coincé entre 2 murs, petit déjeuner passable (boules à thé rouillées, ramequin en verre (non jetable, non biodégradable) pour mettre de la confiture dedans, vous avez oublié la COVID trop vite... Personnel à la réception inexistant

Fair value for an expensive area.
Be VERY careful eith car park charges. It's confusing and cost us over 90e for 2 days. Cards didn't work on exit. Help line not answered. Frightening. Ibis staff should warn of this but in their defence they don't own the car park and helped us escape with the costs escalated through sn elongated process.
IBIS SHOULD WARN THEIR CLIENTS AT POINT OF BOOKING AND ARRIVAL.

Wij waren met een groep van 44 personen en waren allen zeer tevreden. Vriendelijk personeel en zeer gevarieerd ontbijtbuffet. Inchecken ging zeer vlot en we konden 's avonds nog iets drinken in de bar van het hotel. We komen hier al vele jaren en waren steeds tevreden.
