A centrally located superb hotel with parking, friendly and thoroughly professional staff in all areas, very good facilities and an excellent fine-dining restaurant - no hesitation in recommending them

Stopped off on way to South of France. Really nice hotel - very boutique. Reception very friendly and helpful. Rooms great (mine was on the diagonal which was rather interesting. There is a small car park which charges 10 Euros which has 2 tesla charge points in in. Used the Bistro Restaurant which was fabulous - really great food. breakfast again was excellent - smoked salmon and scrambled eggs! Chalon is a great little town to sit out at a café and watch the world go by. Will definitely use the Angleterre on next years drive to the South.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Le service et le logement étaient excellents. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir recharger notre voiture pendant la nuit. Le restaurant était fermé lors de notre séjour mais l'hôtel nous a gentiment orienté vers le restaurant voisin qui était excellent.

Avons fait étape un vendredi soir en chambre confort très bien équipée , propre et pas bruyante .Bon rapport Q/P .|Très bon acceuil à la réception .|Avons diner au restaurant gastronomique . Assiettes très bien présentées , excellentes avec des saveurs équilibrées . Du plaisir et 1 macaron Michelin largement mérité . |Un petit bémol sur l ambiance un peu "fraiche " dans un décor qui manque un peu de chaleur et n avons pas vu le chef ( absent ce soir là ?)|Le service est agréable , (sourire commercial ), mais avons surtout regretté l'absence d' un vrai sommelier et/ou Maitre d Hotel . |Bernard D.

Cette hôtel est sublime !
Le petit déjeuner est varié , personnellement le meilleur déjeuner de ma vie .
Niveau restaurant y’a rien à redire de l’entrée au dessert tout était délicieux.
