My wife and I are avid champagne drinkers and we loved the innovation, selection, and interpretation of the terroir by Champagne Collery. Rose is so unique and just the perfect balance of citrus and cherry. Blanc de Blancs is so enjoyable with beautiful floral notes. Both are our go to Champagnes we enjoy at home and with friends in the USA.

Wonderful place. Beautiful building, great little village and a lovely wine. Best of all the owners / operators and all the people we met were so helpful and friendly. Already booked a room for next year

Such a special place to visit. The wine is excellent, the rooms are lovely and the people are extremely welcoming. You really can’t beat having a glass on the terrace!
