CAMPING SAINT-AVIT LOISIRS ^{* * * * *}

Une très bonne équipe d’animation avec des activités très intéressante, pour tout le monde et tout âge. J’ai passer 1 semaine inoubliable a mon dernier jour j’ai pu voir des enfants pleurer dans les bras des animateur tellement que c’était incroyable je recommande malgré un petit défaut la connexion wifi mais le reste rattrape ce petit défaut

mooie en rustige ligging van deze camping, zeer net voor toch wel een heel groot domein. onze 5 sterren bungalow was perfect in orde en proper, helemaal niks op aan te merken. winkel en resto waren voldoende op het domein doch laat de service van het onthaal wat te wensen over. Bij problemen moet het meermaals gemeld worden alvorens dingen worden gerepareerd.
wat de zwembaden betreft is er het mooie nieuwe gedeelte met 2 glijbanen en een peuterwaterpark welke perfect zijn maar eens je ze gedaan hebt is de fun ook weer zoek, het andere gedeelte kan hier en daar wel wat zorg gebruiken. maar zoals in elke van deze vakantieparken is de capaciteit van het zwembad veel te klein om iedereen een plekje te geven en moeten mensen her en der op de grasvelden gaan liggen. stoelen reserveren mag niet volgens de organisatie maar ook hier wordt niet tegen opgetreden. wil je zeker zijn van je plekje moet je om 9 uur je handdoeken gaan leggen zoniet ben je er aan voor de moeite.
buiten het park is er totaal niets te beleven, geen stadje of niets in de buurt om eens wat gaan rond te kuieren of wat dan ook. wil je iets gaan bekijken of bezoeken zit je wel geruime tijd in de wagen

Beau camping arboré avec un bel espace piscines et toboggan mais...

Chalet sans lit double, élevage de moutons sous les lits et d'araignées au plafond. Manque d'entretien et de ménage.

Espaces laveries bien répartis dans le camping mais il faudrait qu'ils soient opérationnels.
Animations du soir : dj et concert ... musique et musique ... très varié.
Restauration : accessible.

Pas de réseau téléphone, pas de WiFi (l'abonnement payant est déconseillé à l'accueil car ça marche mal... c'est eux qui le disent).
Pas de tv dans les chalet.
... on est déconnecté de 2025...

Globalement déçu pour un camping 5 étoiles... les services et l'entretien sont à revoir.

L'emplacement prévu pour jeter les ordures est plein dès le premier jour avec un passage seulement par semaine en pleine saison. C'est vraiment négligé et sale. Sinon l'espace aquatique est très grand et avec beaucoup de toboggan et de jeux pour enfants mais trop peu de transat qui sont réservés dès l'ouverture par des vacanciers irrespectueux sans que les surveillants ne fassent quoi que ce soit.
Bref un peu déçu car je m'attendais à des tops prestations pour un camping 5 étoiles ce qui n'est pas le cas.

Ajout après quelques jours supplémentaires :
Impossible d'avoir de l'eau chaude à 11h comme à 19h. Camping très bruyant sans que l'agent de sécurité ne fasse de ronde avant que je l'appelle vers 1h du matin pour faire cesser les hurlements.

Je recommande à tous de fuir ce camping qui aura gâché de manière irrémédiable mes vacances d'été.

Si le camping saint avit ou marvilla Park souhaite me contacter et ne pas me donner un discours de façade comme il font jusqu'à présent ils sauront le faire.

Un campeur déçu et furieux.

This was our 3rd or 4th stay over 10 years here at the site we weren't too sure what to expect this time round, over all experience of the stay was very good, just with a few negatives that left us slightly dissapointed .

On our first day when we tried to leave the campsite their automatic barrier (which opened with a number plate reader) would not work even after checking in twice, once online and when we arrived in person. Not a terrible issue but could've been easily rectified by reception staff before we had to cause a queue and couldn't leave.

The very poor wifi (which there is a charge for), we were told as our caravan was far away their would be no charge and that it worked better around the pool and bar areas however this was not true, as well as no service.

The insufficient amount of sun loungers by the poolside, and the amount if inflatables in the pool, in which the life gaurds tried to police however as they also worked at the pool bar was quite difficultat times, and made it difficult to relax. The pools were also down some stairs which for those with mobility issues makes it near impossible.

Although the bar and restaurant themselves were very nice, they shared the toilets with the swimming pooI, which again was down a flight of stairs as well as being constantly wet and in desperate need of maintenance. The disabled toliets by the bar/lunch dinner area were locked until the restaurant opened at 19:00 and would only opened them for those who needed opun request from the busy bar staff.

I had arranged and booked the tennis courts on several occasions during my stay. Twice after collecting the equipment from reception and walking to the tennis court I discovered it had been double booked. Certain members of the reception staff were friendly and sincerely oppolgied however others made me feel as if I was to blame for their mistake with the booking.

The location of our caravan was not easily accessible and we felt as if we had been pushed to the back of camp on a very step terrain far away from the bar and pools etc. As well as being quite run down with bed room and bathroom doors not shutting.

On a more positive note, the snack bar, restaurant and bar were very reasonable prices with good quality food and drink. The shop on site was very useful as it was open 8am to 8pm which I've found a rearity on campsites. The pools were clean and seemed quite new, just very family and kids oriented. The location was good, with a near by supermarket in the town Le Bugue as well as a good market and some lovely shops.
