L'espace piscine est beaucoup trop bondé, beaucoup trop bruyant, ce qui en soit ne fait pas mériter les étoiles de ce camping. Les gens se jettent sur les 3 seuls parasols qui se libèrent. Par 38 degrés, ce n'est pas acceptable.
Toilettes bouchées à notre arrivée, forte odeur. Cela a été réparé rapidement mais aucune compensation.
Tonte des herbes 4 fois sur un séjour de 14 jours, 2 fois sur l'heure de la sieste des enfants pendant plus d'une heure. L'heure est à la tonte raisonnée qui favorise la biodiversité, facilite le travail d'entretien et surtout garde l'humidité, ce qui est précieux en temps de canicule.
Cirque ambulant : 1 adulte + 2 enfants 26 euros pour un spectacle basique, c'est trop cher.
La guinguette : des ados qui vous servent de la nourriture depuis un contener propre comme une chambre d'ados, justement..
Coupure d'électricité pendant 2 heures non prévenue, non expliquée.
Plus de vaisselle aurait donc été appréciable.
Idem une brosse pour les WC dans les WC serait un plus ????????♂️
Les Seveilles are undergoing a lot of changes. They are been bought over and the new owners (Inpire Villages) are changing the campsite. A lot of new chalets have been installed making the campsite busier than it used to be. Signs of recent work were evident and the campsite did not look as well looked after as before. Saying that, the site is really nice. The pond and the 3 swimming pool are great for kids. Despite the addition of the chalets, the campsite is still quiet and you are not on top of each others. The campsite situated in les Valades is very central and we were able to go to all the attractions we wanted to visit within 45 minutes. Unfortunately, we really regret the lack of communication from Inspire Village HQ who let us down. We had booked a chalet with air con in the shade and we found ourselves in a full sun chalet without air con. Many excuses were given (the bad weather in the spring meant that the works could not be done quickly enough, EDF did not install the new electric board as they should have, etc.), but Inspire Village knew about all of this and I think they should have let us know before our arrival. A feeling shared by many other guests. The campsite director did her best to accommodate us and we managed to move into another chalet in the shade later on during our stay (still no air con though). So overall, the site is good, let's hope inspire Villages manage to get themselves organised for the next season....
Ensuite, j'ai demandé à la réception un changement de taille de drap, pour réunir les deux petits matelas de la chambre enfant (pour un grand ado). Alors que normalement les draps sont fournis, on m'a dit que ce serait facturé 18 euros par jour !!! Ok nous sommes allés en acheter un à 5 euros à carrefour market.. Merci pour l'accueil.
Et enfin, on attend toujours un appel de la responsable qui devait nous joindre par téléphone...
A part ça le cadre est sympa, les canoés en libre service sont un plus agréable.
