Personnel très sympathique.
Très bonne cuisine
Une belle cuisine traditionnelle revisitée, fine et néanmoins copieuse, ce qui se fait rare. Carré d agneau et filet de bœuf au sautoir excellents.
Finger chocolat avec une touche de menthe en dessert (ne vous fiez pas au nom du dessert il est bien plus grand qu un doigt, la menthe est juste dosée pour apporter une touche de fraîcheur sans cacher le chocolat) et Parfait glacé tout aussi bon.
Un excellent moment gustatif dans une ambiance cosy mais pas guindée, le tout à un très bon rapport qualité /prix.
Comme disait le guide rouge Michelin : « Mérite le détour « .
Bref une très belle adresse aux Eyzies qui mérite de vous y arrêter.
