Be careful. These are amateurs that did not come to pick us up at the set time and we had to wait one and a half hours for the bus at the end of the route. When we tried to ask them about it they started shouting without giving any reason for them not showing up.
UPDATA : Following the business response below, I hope you can see that the boss himself and his female assistant are rude and don't take any responsibility. They told us to be there in a certain hour. They never told us about "a bus". They never told us that this is the time where it leaves. When someone tells you he comes to pick you up at a certain time, he should be there. So instead of admitting that this was their fault and apologies, they decide to blame it on us. Not only that, we were not the only ones waiting and a group was there even before us. They simply lie about the bus arriving. Fact is that character shows, and the boss and assistants are arrogant and rude. Be warned... Don't fall for the fake reviews here.

Loris a été impeccable avec nous. Et voir la valée des 5 châteaux comme ça c'est juste insane.
On a descendu les 10km en 2h45 en prenant notre temps.☺️

Nous avons été bien accueillis et bien conseillés, nous avons réalisé la descente de 26 kms, pour des habitués elle n'est pas compliquée et les paysages sont magnifiques !!
