Restaurant très agréable tout proche su château de jumilhac avec terrasse l'été.. du choix avec les différents menus proposés pour ma.part le filet de sandre était délicieux l'accompagnement avec du riz aurait préférable. Entrées succulentes ainsi que les desserts divins les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils à très bientot

Personnel antipathique se permettant des remarques déplacées envers la clientèle (« vous savez lire ?? » quand on leur demande le menu du jour, entre autres exemples). À éviter

Hautement conseillé. Au cœur du village de jumilhac, à côté du splendide château, ce lieu est agréable, convivial où tout se marie à merveille : accueil, culinaire, service, déco... A refaire sans modération !

Came to town for the castle. But then we saw this restaurant just on the main square just by the castle and it looked good. It was pretty full outside. Some firefighter group and a big tourist group were having lunch here. But there were some tables still available and the kitchen still open. So we had a quick lunch.

Ordered 1/2 litre of their house wine. A light and crisp white. Went well with the food. Had the Foie Gras mi-cuit with sides and some lamb chops with side. The Foie Gras was solid, nice sized too. The lamb was very tender and had good flavours. Good fries on the side. Staff was very busy due to the large groups, but we had time. So that was fine.

All in all an enjoyable lunch. Not the very very best. But a decent meal for good value. And the location is great with the castle views.
