2nd time in Lille, and absolutely loved the hotel. Staff are very accommodative and friendly. Breakfast was tasty, very nice coffee, my favourite coffee is Nespresso so it was a nice surprise to have it for breakfast. Beds very comfortable and I love that the hotel had late check out at 12. I would return to Hilton, Lille Hotel if visited Lille again.

Me alojé por trabajo y solo estuve una noche pero la habitación fue fantástica. Cama grande, con espacio, recién reformada, baño moderno y con lo necesario. Desayuno normal. La habitación era superior.

Voor een 4 sterren hotel en de prijs was het voor ons een tegenvaller. De ligging van het hotel is top (direct naast het Lille Europe treinstation) en de lobby en bar zijn modern. Negatief was de intense geur in de kamer (ruikt naar een net verbouwde/gerenoveerde kamer) en de spinnenwebben aan de buitenzijde van het raam maakte het er niet beter op. Bij het ontbijt geen cappuccino, geen verpakte jam bakjes of schaaltjes om de jam in te doen. In het algemeen vond ik het ontbijt aan de karige kant.
We hebben ook een tijd in de lobby bij de bar gezeten, daar was niemand aanwezig om onze bestelling op te nemen. We moesten er eerst naar vragen of de bar überhaupt open was voor een koffie. Voor een Hilton hebben we helaas meer verwacht. Jammer.

Newly refurbished hotel. Nice city view from the room. Nice location with proximity to Lille Europe. The downside is the smell of new refurbishment and renovation

Je remets un nouvel avis ici car le nécessaire a bien été fait pour corriger ce que nous avions remonté auprés du personnel lors de notre précédent sejour.
Chambre très agréable au 9éme étage, literie vraiment confortable, petit déjeuner complet, mais surtout....un calme incroyable dans la chambre ! Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir, l'emplacement de l'hôtel étant de surcroit très stratégique pour les déplacements.
UN MERCI tout particulier à Margaux D-B (expérience client) qui a très largement contribué à rendre ce nouveau séjour aussi appréciable.
Nous recommandons !
