We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Lille during our first visit to the city — and it happened to be the more special for us.
From the warm welcome at check-in to the elegant Junior Suite we were upgraded to, everything was handled with care and professionalism. The location is perfect, the room was spotless and spacious, and the views over Lille were stunning.
We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches in the room, which made our stay feel genuinely celebrated. It’s clear that the team pays attention to detail and guest experience.
Special thanks to the reception team for their kindness and efficiency — and for making our first Lille trip such a memorable one. We’ll gladly return!

Service is minimaal. Heel vaak niemand achter de receptie, niemand achter de bar, niemand in de ontbijtruimte niemand in de lounge.... Ik krijg het idee dat het hele hotel door twee mensen wordt gerund. Dat is echt jammer.
Doet me meer aan een Hampton denken....
We hebben ook een tijd in de lobby bij de bar gezeten, daar was niemand aanwezig om onze bestelling op te nemen. We moesten er eerst naar vragen of de bar überhaupt open was voor een koffie. Voor een Hilton hebben we helaas meer verwacht. Jammer.
Chambre très agréable au 9éme étage, literie vraiment confortable, petit déjeuner complet, mais surtout....un calme incroyable dans la chambre ! Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir, l'emplacement de l'hôtel étant de surcroit très stratégique pour les déplacements.
UN MERCI tout particulier à Margaux D-B (expérience client) qui a très largement contribué à rendre ce nouveau séjour aussi appréciable.

I higly recommend to take the breakfast. The waffles, nuts, granola, fresh fruit and warm salty options were really a great start of the day. The coffee is also really good. The staff is ready to serve and help.
The executive lounge was a bit disappointing, with limited choices, but the room was spacious with a good view.
Overall, a very pleasant experience so far.
Je ne noterai d’aucune étoile cet établissement, personnel nul et non professionnel je donnais régulièrement mes rdv sur place mais c’est terminé, je n’y suis plus venu jusqu’à ce matin et croyez moi c’est encore pire vraiment fuyez cet hôtel.
Le seul point négatif est le coût du parking, 32 € pour la nuit...
The main problem they have in my opinion is breakfast. It's absolutely not Hilton's level. It's somewhere in between Hampton and Garden Inn. I haven't seen such poor breakfast at Hiltons for ages. No salad at all, no porridge, nothing for children except for hash browns. Very poor selection of hot dishes. They don't even have a cheese knife. You need to use a fork or something to cut the cheese. It was such a disappointment their breakfast. We won't stay here again.
