The beautiful hotel is in a perfect position for visiting Lille, right at its centre. The bedroom was spacious with comfortable beds and had tall, opening windows that looked out over a quietly busy street leading into one of the main squares. The breakfasts were delicious, service friendly and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and have already recommended it to friends.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to everything you might need. On arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to find a note in the room wishing me a happy birthday along with two drinks to enjoy at the bar, as I had let them know in advance about the reason for our visit.||The hotel itself is charming with nice décor, although some of the finishes felt a little shabby. We booked a privilege room, which had a lovely view, but the entrance to the room was at an awkward angle and quite narrow. The toilet was separate from the bathroom, which meant having to go elsewhere to wash hands — a bit frustrating. The toilet space was extremely narrow and felt similar to an airplane toilet.||Unfortunately, the main shower head didn’t work, so I had to use the handheld shower attached to a long pole, which was awkward and made it difficult to wash my hair.||On a positive note, the room was very clean and the coffee machine was a nice touch.||Breakfast was acceptable but lacked enough hot food options.||

Je n'ai pas séjourné dans l'hôtel mais j'ai assisté au Candlelight sur le thème des Bridgerton, c'était juste génial !
Personnel très accueillant.

Fab location. Easy check in. Decent room for the price.
