Benefits:
1. Location! Right next to a big parking garage with EV chargers, €15 for 24 hours. 5 min away from city center with all the nice restaurants and shops at a walking distance.
2. Staff. The hotel team really walks an extra mile to make the stay nice. We asked for a room with a bath and a babycot, and everything was provided with a smile.

Disadvantages
1. The room looked much better on the photos. In reality everything was quite worn out. The bed was not comfortable and was squeaky with every little move.
2. Towels were really smelly, also after they were changed.
3. The breakfast buffet had several hickups - on the first day the scrambled eggs were not fresh and we got a bit of stomach discomfort from that. The next day the youghurt in a pot had a weird smell.

Overall a good stay, but not 4 star level of quality.

Een fantastisch verblijf bij Hotel L’Arbre Voyageur in Lille

Wij hebben afgelopen weekend overnacht in Hotel L’Arbre Voyageur in Lille en ons verblijf was in één woord geweldig. Vanaf het moment van aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen aan de receptie. Het personeel en Manager was uiterst vriendelijk, professioneel en behulpzaam, wat direct een warme en gastvrije indruk gaf.

De kamer was modern, schoon en comfortabel, met oog voor detail en alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prettig verblijf. Ook het ontbijt in Restaurant ‘Jane’ vanhet hotel was in één woord, geweldig!! De ligging van het hotel is ideaal – op loopafstand van het centrum en toch rustig gelegen.

De algehele sfeer in het hotel is stijlvol en ontspannen, waardoor wij ons direct thuis voelden. Wij kijken met veel plezier terug op ons verblijf en raden Hotel L’Arbre Voyageur van harte aan aan iedereen die Lille bezoekt.

Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

Heerlijk hotel. Prachtige kamer en geweldig personeel.

Stayed two nights at the hotel during our trip for the Springsteen concert. The hotel is situated in a quiet pocket of town, but with short walks to the train station/shopping mall and city centre. ||The hotel itself is well kept and modern and especially the service stood out. The room was spacious and the bed was really good. A nice touch when two beers appeared at our door during our stay. That's the small things that makes you stand out. ||Only downside of our stay was that there was no upgrade as a Diamond Select member, but it was probably due to a fully booked in relation to the concert. We did not have breakfast included, so that's not testet.
