Les chambres sont très confortables et spacieuses.
Très bel accueil, tout le personnel est au petit soin.
Petites attentions durant notre séjour.

Hôtel l’Arbre Voyageur – Une halte rare, entre élégance et bienveillance.
Un vrai coup de cœur à Lille. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la vieille ville et des gares. Mais ce qui fait toute la différence ici, c’est l’accueil. Une équipe sincèrement attentionnée, souriante, disponible, toujours à l’écoute sans jamais être envahissante. On sent une vraie culture du service… et de l’humain.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables, décorées avec goût. La literie est parfaite, la propreté irréprochable, et le petit-déjeuner… un délice : frais, local, généreux. J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié leur engagement écoresponsable (label Green Key), preuve que l’exigence peut rimer avec conscience.
Une petite pépite au cœur de Lille, qui a su mêler modernité, chaleur et raffinement. Je recommande à 100 % – que vous soyez en voyage pro, en amoureux ou simplement de passage.
Bravo à toute l’équipe, et à très bientôt pour un nouveau séjour !
Clairement le meilleure hôtel que nous avons séjourner en Europe lors de notre voyage.

Location is perfect between the train station and the centre of Lille, everything within walking distance.
Rooms are spacious, quiet and super clean. Tea and coffee making facilities, plus a few drinks and snacks provided for free. If you choose to reuse your towels, you can have a free drink in the bar!
Staff are so friendly and helpful and speak great English.
We had drinks and cheese/charcuterie boards at the hotel bar and they were delicious and reasonably prices. Breakfast is also good.
Basically can't praise it highly enough, if you go to Lille stay here!
Établissement très bien situé, à deux pas du Vieux Lille et à côté du parking Opéra.
Mention spéciale au buffet du petit-déjeuner.
Tout est maison et absolument délicieux!
A retourner certainement :)
1. Location! Right next to a big parking garage with EV chargers, €15 for 24 hours. 5 min away from city center with all the nice restaurants and shops at a walking distance.
2. Staff. The hotel team really walks an extra mile to make the stay nice. We asked for a room with a bath and a babycot, and everything was provided with a smile.
Disadvantages
1. The room looked much better on the photos. In reality everything was quite worn out. The bed was not comfortable and was squeaky with every little move.
2. Towels were really smelly, also after they were changed.
3. The breakfast buffet had several hickups - on the first day the scrambled eggs were not fresh and we got a bit of stomach discomfort from that. The next day the youghurt in a pot had a weird smell.
Overall a good stay, but not 4 star level of quality.
Wij hebben afgelopen weekend overnacht in Hotel L’Arbre Voyageur in Lille en ons verblijf was in één woord geweldig. Vanaf het moment van aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen aan de receptie. Het personeel en Manager was uiterst vriendelijk, professioneel en behulpzaam, wat direct een warme en gastvrije indruk gaf.
De kamer was modern, schoon en comfortabel, met oog voor detail en alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prettig verblijf. Ook het ontbijt in Restaurant ‘Jane’ vanhet hotel was in één woord, geweldig!! De ligging van het hotel is ideaal – op loopafstand van het centrum en toch rustig gelegen.
De algehele sfeer in het hotel is stijlvol en ontspannen, waardoor wij ons direct thuis voelden. Wij kijken met veel plezier terug op ons verblijf en raden Hotel L’Arbre Voyageur van harte aan aan iedereen die Lille bezoekt.
Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

Nous irons désormais ailleurs
Joli cour intérieur avec plantes et fauteuils x lire ou fumer.
Et dulcis in fundo, un petit déjeuner frais et gourmand. Merci à tout le staff attentione' , jeune et professionnel . On recommande!!

La chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable. Une bonne insonorisation et un environnement calme.
Le petit déjeuner est composé de produits variés, locaux, principalement maison et très bon ????
Le personnel est aimable et rend le séjour d'autant plus agréable !
