I'm crazy about High Tea here ❤️ ???? ????. The best service with the greatest staff.

When you hear "Armani" for sure everyone knew it for being a luxurious property. We went to have lunch buffet at Meditteraneo. Everything was good. The hostess assist us from the beginning until we sat on our designated seats. Staff were very accomodating, and checking upon us every time. Since we had this scrumptious food, we decided to have coffee in Atmosphere. From the lady who was there in the entrance, telling that there will be minimum spend of 250aed for the Lounge. So we decided to have our coffee in the Restaurant. Ambiance was fascinating. We arrived at the entrance of the Atmosphere. Hostess was not that welcoming, not smiling at all. Especially the one who was wearing Maroon dress. She said direct to us that there's NO Ala carte in the Lounge and there will be minimum spend. Being a hotelier I felt bad as if we don't have any right to be there. So we went in the restaurant, gave us food and bev menu--ordered coffee, and surprisingly the guy who took our order told us that he can send us in the lounge since we were just having coffee. And this is the worst experience we had in visiting hotels here in Dubai. We badly felt so humiliated. To tell that it's a 5* star hotel. We don't feel we are welcome in the Atmosphere. We only had our coffee for 20 mins and left right away. We understand that this place is not for everyone but i hope you treat every guest equally. Very disappointing.

We paid over AUD850 to eat here. They charged us an extra UAE200 for being late because we couldn't find the entrance to the hotel after being dropped off in different places by taxis. When we arrived we were flustered and hungry, only to be given a mish mash of foods from different cuisines. Beautifully presented. Nothing seemed to be cohesive.
I ordered Sencha tea and was perturbed that it was boiled and burned the expensive flavour of the tea. I would have thought staff would have been trained to at least serve tea at the correct temperature. Another wasteful expense that i didnt enjoy. The wait staff were polite but very cold and starchy. It certainly has atmosphere and views. The violinist was wonderful. But not worth what we paid. My friend was celebrating her birthday, and I asked for something special for her, but nothing arrived before we were politely told to leave. I don't recommend this place. I've been to some amazing restaurants around the world, this unfortunately was not one of them.

Wspaniała restauracja z przepięknym widokiem na Dubaj. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, obsługa miła, cudowny wystrój. Polecam w 100%.

For a place called Atmosphere the actual Atmosphere was a very different experience. It was unprofessional. We waited over and hour to sit. Bad service. Bad food. I’m contacting the staff for a full apology and a refund. $500 dollars for nothing.
