We had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. We made a reservation a couple of days in advance to celebrate our anniversary and requested outdoor seating. However, the agent informed us that outdoor seating was only available at 7pm and 9pm, so we agreed to an indoor booking at 8pm which is out preferred time. When we arrived at 7:45pm, there was European couple just ahead of us without a reservation being offered outdoor seating at this time, they declined as they preferred indoor seating.
When it was our turn, they confirmed our booking. We requested for no outdoor seating as thats our preference and they said they dont have any outdoor table available. We mentioned that a table was offered to the couple ahead of us,so why can't we have that table since they decided to go for the indoor seating. but were informed that they already had a 'table ready' for us indoors and the table outdoor was too small (even tho theres just the two of us..?).
Disappointed, we decided to proceed indoors, only to find many empty seats and the waiter asking us where we would like to sit. This contradicted the notion of a "ready table" for us. It was a frustrating start to the evening.
As for the food, the steak was mediocre, but the $100 burger was enjoyable. We have no intention of returning to this restaurant, there are MUCH better meat andsteak restaurants out there who value customer service.

One of the best steakhouses in Dubai.
They have a great reputation from South Africa and they are proving it in Dubai.
300 days aged fillet and ribeye were amazing. The combination of the texture and marbling was perfect!
Their service could be better. I felt a bit uncomfortable because of the waitress’s attitude.
They have a South African vibe with the fantastic view with Burj Al Arab !

On the other hand service was amazing ????and You can’t go wrong with with the atmosphere in Madinat it’s always nice ????
