I went twice to L'ETO dubai mall and the experience was beyond perfect. The service, the cakes, the drinks & the view were all 10/10

The welcoming staff was rude, staff wait me 1 hour for the smoking area Then staff took other persons to the smoking area. I ask you why! I am waiting one hours for smoking area and she couldn't help me in the terrace area. Only have to inside for me, I asked why you kept me waiting one hour. This is very rude behavior. For L,eto did not suit. They need to review their staff.
