I have dined here on 4 different occasions and have never had a bad experience. The service is absolutely incredible, the food has always been delicatable, and the ambiance is quiet lovely. Our server Satya was extremely insightful and made great recommendations. Located on the 74th floor of the SLS Dubai, this restaurant not only is a great dining experience but also has a great view of downtown Dubai.

Beautiful atmosphere, attentive service

Had an excellent cocktail, bread and butter was great, steak and asparagus were excellent, including mushroom sauce

Tuna Crudo was ok, but not my taste, the only dish I wouldn’t have again

As a fan of Dario Cecchini, I approached Carna Dubai with anticipation.The food lacked flavor and execution, and the prices were high. The ambiance felt mismatched with a techno soundtrack creating a clubby atmosphere. The staff lacked knowledge about the menu and Cecchini's philosophy. Overall, my visit was a far cry from my previous experiences with Cecchini's culinary vision.

The restaurant has lost its way. The once excellent food is now mediocre, the atmosphere is lacking, and the service is uninformed. It's disappointing to see such a decline from an establishment that was once great. Hopefully, my feedback can help bring about positive change. This is my personal experience and not a definitive judgment of the restaurant.
