Great place for a short stay. The Palm, JBR and lots of facilities are near by.

It was the absolute best holiday experience I've ever had.
From the room to the dining room to the pool, everything was extra special. The staff are so attentive, the managers are great.
The food is gorgeous, the afternoon tea is fab. I did not want to leave.

The massage itself was great and we’ve heard good things of the hammam. We did a couples massage, my husband went for Swedish and I went for the pre-natal massage. The only downside would be the other spa facilities like the sauna, steam room and pool which were small. There were only two of us in the relaxation pool but there were so many people in and around for hammam it really didn’t feel peaceful at all. It’s felt crowded and overwhelming. Also the therapist asked us if we wanted a drink whilst waiting for our treatment and the drink never came (we waited around 45mins).

The service was worth it. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. Served me with a welcome drink. And gave me a Tab in which i could choose the type of therapy i was looking for. Which areas i needed to focus on . How much pressure i required. What outcome i was expecting etc..
And then they other lady guided me towards the male spa locker . They have seprate Male and Female spa which is nice.
The ambience was really nice and Royalish.
Then Dalvinder my Therapist guided me towards the other facilities. Relaxation room, Steam,Sauna and Jacuuzzi.
The massage room was also really good.
And overall massage was satisfactory
