The most outstanding Hotel, it’s a regular for us. What makes it so special is the top class level of service. Everything is of the highest standard, from the presentation of the rooms, the fruit bowls, the shower products. The staff are the best in the business, a special shout out to Daisy who’s been at this One and Only for 3 years. She’s a reason we keep coming back.

The food is outstanding. Diego the head chef at The Rotiserie will always be on hand to make something special. If the kids would like a Salmon Filet at the buffet, Diego and the team would run off and make one. Thank you!

At Olives restaurant, situated at the Palace, you must ask for Mohsin the chef who again is outstanding at going the extra mile! Thank you Mohsin!

The pool area at the Arabian Court and team are super too. Running the pool area is Akhil who has everything arranged just the way you want it.

Tennis lessons with David and Alexandra I would recommend. We had one every day and our game improved dramatically.

Gym is equipped with all the latest gadgets and a team is there to assist you. Table tennis table by the pool for some afternoon fun.
