Si bien la comida estuvo bien, donde se destaca el humus, el lugar se encuentra desbordado de gente lo que hace del servicio un poco deficiente y el ambiente muy congestionado.

All marks because of the location and can have food with a view of Burj Khalifa thats about it. The food was so so so sour. I just cant explain it to one. Do not want to exaggerate it. My tongue / gums had bruised the next day with sensitivity in my teeth because of how sour the food was. Initially thought it was their style into food but realised it was made bad towards the end.

Service: Very bad. We finished 5 shows of the fountain to get a bill after the terribly sour food.

I’ve been working in Dubai mall for 11 years already and was always eating kebab sandwich from this restaurant, but today I had a humiliating experience which made me write this comment about my bad experience. As a staff in a certain brand of the mall I went with my colleague on our lunch break for a sandwich, we went on the terrace to eat and to order two coffee (which btw is not so cheap either) we have been kicked out by the supervisor saying that since we got the sandwiches from inside we as a staff are not allowed to seat at the table and enjoy additional drinks. This kind of poor customer service I did not expect from Wafi Gourmet side, yes we all are staff in that mall but we also are human beings and clients , regular clients of this restaurant so my question is what’s wrong with the management of this restaurant why the staff is treated so bad when we are paying for the food and drinks, no one is giving us anything for free. Disappointed!

Chicken Shawarma very mediocre, French fries were the frozen McDonalds ones, kebbe, the mixed grilled and the pita bread was nice though

Overall this is an iconic restaurant in Dubai. Offering great view and tasty food. One thing that was surprising for me was that waiters were more professional and caring than managers. I requested a table outdoors from the manager and was ready to order as I knew what I wanted. Kindly requested to be back in 2 minutes as I had to go to the bathroom. The manager standing there told me it's not possible as he doesn't know where is my table. I suggested to appoint any table and upon my return I would sit at that table. The whole idea was to have my food order punched while I was out. Even if it's something not possible there is a polite and professional way of explaining it to the customer. Definitely not in a blunt and dry manner.

Having said this I would definitely give credits to the floor staff as there were super friendly and attentive.

Baklavas and sweets are really amazing and appealing

Below average food and overpriced. I would not come back for food. Grills, salads very average, hummus was below average, fatteh wasn’t good , the chicken used in the shawarma was not good you feel like it hasn’t been shredded from the usual chicken stand. And prices are really high.

I’ve visited before Wafi Gourmet in Wafi Mall during my visit to Dubai, this time I decided to visit other branch in Dubai Mall, same high quality of food and services even it was more busy here, staff are friendly and hospitality is high level

Do not try this place for shisha. The shisha head is very small, the coals barely lit and unprofessional. The waiters are very rude and speak with attitude and tell you to leave indirectly. No shame at this restaurant. They will try to force you to order food as well. First and last time at this garbage.

I had the most bad experience with the service provided by one of the waiters and with his manager yesterday, 17th FEB 2024. The waiter got angry with me when I asked him to split the bill so I can pay my part only and he said to me ( use your phone calculator and tell me how much you will pay) i got shoked of his attitude and I asked him to call his manager. unfortunately the manager didn't want to come and he insisted sent his assistant to deal with me and i think that is because i am an Emiraticitizen. this attitude from his manager made me more angry, and I asked his assistant that I would only speak with the manager. After he called the manager he came and surprisingly he told me that I am to be blamed because I didn't speak with the waiter properly!!!!!. I told him this is not the way to treat customers and you should first come and ask me what happened not only listen from one side. anyway, at that time, I was with one of my friends who was visiting dubai, and I was shamed about what happened in front of him and of the experience we both got from this restaurant. and for the record, I have been a customer of this restaurant for a long time since it opened if Wafi mall. at the end I paid my bill and I didn't get any sorries from anyone. I am very upset with this restaurant.

Spot with view in fountrains but very average food and overpriced. You pay for spot which I understand but I would not come back for food. Grills, salads very average, deserts are terrible, not good fatteh. And prices really high.

Erg druk maar goed libanees restaurant met een overvloed aan keuzes. Ga voor een zitplaats buiten met savonds een prachtig uitzicht op de Burj Kalifa en de fonteinen show. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is prima.
