"One of the best places for business and family meals."

Long review:
Vivaldi! Such a great name for an Italian restaurant. I just experienced a beautiful harmony of flavors. I've been there several times, but this time I was there just to write a review.
Let's start with the environment: it was big enough to contain several sections (bar, outside balconies, and the main salon), beautifully dimmed lighting, Italian nostalgic songs in the background, and not overwhelming decoration.
Service: The staff were so professional! To me, it's extremely important to have more than just a plastic smile on their faces and to answer your questions correctly. Of course, they were polite and very friendly as well.
Food: Personally, I felt like hugging and kissing the chef in my imagination after my first bite.
I picked Guancia Di Manzo Brasata (Chef's Signature), and it was absolutely delicious. They don't have a Michelin star, but their standards are way higher than those of a starred restaurant.

Food is good while the service is kinda need to be improved. The services can not meet the client expectations.
The windows view is nice but indoor decoration is old.

Wir haben hier Silvester gefeiert, es war unfassbar toll. Das Essen war herausragend, und der Service exzellent Abel Georg managed das Restaurant im Sheraton ganz hervorragend. Von uns gibt es klare fünf Sterne.

Excellent food and Ambience

Wir waren zum Abendessen dorten. Das Lokal war nur mit 7 Tischen besetzt, haben daher sofort einen Platz mit Creek-View bekommen. Die Kellner waren sehr aufmerksam und bemüht.
Das Essen (Pizza uns Pasta) war im Großen und Ganzen recht lecker. Die Öle und der Essig am Tisch sind etwas lasch.

What a nice evening we had here. Food is super tasty and affordable. Service is truly excellent, it was also quiet during our visit. For example, an extra chair was even provided for our bags, we were very positively surprised. Beautiful, quiet place and nice view of the water and the city.

البيتزا والباستا وأنواع المكرونات .. كلها تحوم حولين هذا الشيء بس ياريت يراعوا هذا الشيء وتكون عندهم قائمة للأشياء الرئيسية والأكثر مبيعا … ولي حابب ويعرف أنواع أخرى ممكن يعطوه المنيو التفصيلية …

Cucina buona e veramente italiana

I chose this place because the menu looked interesting with affordable prices and great view, however it’s not a restaurant where I would return again for different reasons.
Me and my partner reserved a table with the creek view next to the glass to celebrate a special occasion, my name day, kind of celebration widely known in the south of Italy. Nevertheless we felt that the staff was sneering about it and did not take it seriously, and as a result when we reached the place the waiter wanted to accommodate us at the first available table at the entrance, which was not matching our needs at all. Since we spoke on the phone about the location of the table and the special occasion, it felt kind of disrespectful to be treated like we didn’t have any conversation. I informed the waiter of the mistake and finally he offered us the table with a view, but it was not reserved by them and available only thanks to luck. Also, they didn’t have many customers, and still the personnel did not find time to be a little bit more welcoming, in fact kept the communication very basic.
The food was good but not exceptional. The oil and vinegar on the table didn’t have any kind of taste or smell, sign of a poor quality. Their chef signature pasta with burrata and eggplants was over cooked. It might be acceptable for other cuisines but clearly not okay in an Italian restaurant.
Pizza, minestrone and parmigiana were acceptable.
They managed to arrange a special cake for the occasion under request of my partner, that’s why I can give more than one star.
Please improve the service and the food quality because the location is nice and has potential.

Its in the lobby of sheraton dubai creek. Scene is nice, smoking is allowed (no cigar smoking only cigarette and non intense cigarillos) menu is good. An ideal place to enjoy sun set and your drink in Dubai.

Brunch date! We got the best spot as we arrived a but early for brunch. Food is lovely we enjoyed it!

Everything was perfect
The only thing I can say was annoying at the beginning of our dinner doesn't have nothing to do with the place, but some people who choose to go to a fine dining restaurant should know that their behaviour can affect others, annoy and disturb the whole place.
Other than that everything was perfect and amazing I highly recommend for couples to go enjoy a romantic dinner with a beautiful view, music and taste the food and the price is very affordable

미팅으로 잠시들름. 음식은 맛은 못보고 커피만 마심. 두번갔는데 서비스나 분위기는 좋으나 우리가 앉은곳이 흡연공간이라 금새 공기가 탁해짐. 뷰는 좋음.
