Chef Matteo was awesome – super knowledgeable, fun, and professional. Plus, having Francis there to lend a hand made everything run smoothly.
The kitchen was spotless and had everything we needed, which made the whole experience even better. And the best part? We got to enjoy the fruits of our labor – we ate what we made, and they even provided water, coffee, and some delicious desserts!
From start to finish, it was top-notch. Big shoutout to Chef Matteo, Francis, and the Eataly team for making my birthday so memorable!
