Quality went down soooo bad i was extremely disappointed today. We had lunch at Carine and there is nothing that we actually loved. The cauliflower salad was tasteless… the onion tart was okay… my over seabass was swimming in a watery tomato sauce and my husband almost spit back his crème brûlée that was not a real crème or brûlée enough… what hit me it’s the quality of the ingredients really mediocre and even the serveware is sooo cheap for a restaurant that is charging fine dining prices…. We are very familiar with Mediterranean and french cuisine and what we had today was a pale version of both. If you are into commercial fine dining by all means go…
