Personally I am very much taste sensitive and I never had this kind of pathetic experience in any of the Indian restaurants in star hotels in Dubai .
All the starters and dal Makhni were too bad in taste. Can’t say more.
Really disappointed.
No complaints about service and was excellent.

Sehr leckeres indisches Restaurant. Normalerweise essen wir nie in einem Hotelrestaurant, aber über diese Ausnahmen waren wir wirklich nicht traurig. Sehr leckeres frisches indisches Essen. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir waren zum Abendessen hier, wurden freundlich begrüßt und zu einem Tisch im Außenbereich geführt. Es war ein tolles Ambiente und man war sehr für sich. Die Getränke und das Essen wurden sehr zügig zubereitet und serviert. Sehr zu empfehlen - gerne Wieder.

One of the nicest places in Dubai. The wonderful ambience of Grand Hyatt and the awesome food to go with it.

The have Palak Paneer to die for. Dal makhni also. In desserts we have the Gajjar halwa as favourite.

One of the best meals I remember having, while in dubai, was at iZ, at the Grand Hyatt. The restaurant boasts of its celebrity guests. The ambience is decent, and very ‘Indian’. The food is fantastic. A little overpriced, but you pay for the Hyatt experience! We had kebabs that were to die for!

Excellent Indian food . The savoury chaat is wonderful. The main course has a marvellous selection. The food is prepared with authentic spices and ingredients. The tandoori breads are just perfect. The service reflects traditional Indian hospitality. Anchal and Athul provided remarkable service and ensured a superlative dining experience.

Visited Iz restaurant for a dinner with family. The ambience, food and service was excellent. For the starters we tried, murg tikka and dahi chaat. For mains we tried, butter chicken and chicken awadhi biryani. I wish I could have clicked some pics of the food. Everything was cooked with perfection. We were so full that we had no space for the deserts. But Mr. Himanshu from the staff suggested us to try kulfi which turns out to be the best decision. Its definitely worth savoring in the end. Highly recommended!
