Can’t stress enough how bad is service here. Starting from reception all the way to floor supervisor who is probably the rudest man here. We were told that we can sit at the table but service won’t come after drinks served, we agreed it’s okey, just wanted you have our morning coffee. He told me-okey 15 minutes. I asked-you are calculating my time? It is the middle of Ramadan, FRIDAY and the place is empty! Like the are trying to push away even this little amount of people that it is in Dubai. I would like to PRAISE the only nice person here, whose hospitality skills are so high and he is the only one understands the importance of guest experience. I don’t know his name and we witnessed the floor supervisor give him hard time IN FRONT OF THE GUEST because he let us sit at the table. THIS PERSON SHOULD BE REPORTED FOR BULLYING. Will never come again.
