It truly lives up to its name - feels like a jungle with an edge - loved the interiors - loved the vibes … food could have been plated in better serve ware - most were too heavy or too weird to pass around - cocktails were blah! Could have been made much much better - glasses should be such that the cocktail can be seen too - very difficult to hold and drink the drink !!! But the vibes of the place were next level —- service was the biggest let down .

I had a disappointing experience at Amazónico due to the rude behavior of a staff member named Mohammed at the entrance. Despite having a table and enjoying my dinner, Mohammed callously refused to let me go to the rooftop, even after seeing my scar from ankle surgery and understanding my need to wear flats. This lack of empathy overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable dining experience. I hope Amazónico addresses this issue and trains their staff to be more understanding and inclusive. Shame!
