The worse reception and the stuff are not professional at all… I don’t recommend this place it’s over rated for nothing … there are so many other good places where you can go

Our experience was terrible. We went there for Suhour as group of 10, they made us wait 15 minutes or more for our table to be ready. The music was so loud that we could not hear each other despite telling them to lower the music and asking for the manager but nothing was done by the manger. It went on deaf ears. After and hour an a half or so needed up speaking to DJ who was so kind enough to lower the music at a more reasonable volume. The service was ok but not the best. Over all the experience and the ambiance was terrible I would not recommend for a Suhoour if you are more than 4/5 people.

Had a booking at Ninive 25H hotel @ 11pm , it’s 11:45 pm & we haven’t been seated yet. We were told to sit and wait at the pool bar!! We kept following up and were told to wait for 10min more for like 3 times! We were told they had an issue in the kitchen and food was delayed so people with previous booking had to be shifted, how is that our problem, why didn’t they call is to inform is ? We left and they couldn’t care any less.. poor management, as poor as Emirates Towers branch.
