GORDON RAMSEY'S BREAD STREET KITCHEN & BAR

We visited BSK for the Easter brunch, food was fantastic, great selection and delicious, loved the Easter themed desert section. Kids entertainment was brilliant, bouncy castle, Easter egg hunt, face painting ect. Access to the Aquariam afterwards was a win for the kids too! Only negative was the slow service, had to ask several times for a drink to then have more than one waiter bring the same drink.

Waiting over 20mins to even be asked for a drink. Food awful, service appalling. Gordon Ramsay needs to go fix his own restaurant !

Spring chicken has too much vinegar. Bread and soup are both good. Ice cream has melted when they are served.

We stayed at the Atlantis and went to Ramseys as part of the half-board package with the additional supplement.

Started off really well, staff were great and the starters and bread were really nice. For starters, I had the wagyu meatballs which tasted really good. I was really looking forward to the main and dessert. Unfortunately it was all downhill from there.

I asked for a medium cooked burger for my main, had a few bites and it was in Gordon’s words, bloody raw! It looked like it had just came out of the fridge. As for the taste, I have had better at a Weatherspoons and wouldn’t recommend even if it was cooked properly. We did show the waiter but I was off put and didn’t want another as it didn’t taste great anyway. Nothing was taken off the bill.

For desert I had sticky toffee pudding, nothing special. The starters and bread really showed promise for what was unfortunately poorly executed food with little taste.

Family of four going for Ramsays Sunday roast and wow did it dissapoint! All of us left shocked by the dinner, which was mediocre at best, that Yorkshire pudding must of been made at 8a.m and left to dehydrate for service making it stale, gravy was like water, all the meats bland and tasteless, i was hoping salt bae was around to add a generous sprinkle of Maldon. The trifle was stunningly bad, I'm not sure how something so simple can be made so bad or was it the leftover from the day before, either way for 200aed per head it was a waste of money and time. Would not go back, but not sure they would mind as the service was non existent.
