All dishes we ordered top of the class (including the exquisit fresh fruit shakes).
Best address for brunch/lunch in Dubai mall.
We had a really poor experience at Christmas. We ordered a turkey for 20 people (16 adults and 3 children, all under the age of 2 and not big eaters.) The turkey's were big and great but the sides were non existant! We literally had no food!
The team who came to serve on the day were awesome, very friendly and helpful. They looked embarrassed at the sides and apologized to us there and then. I immediately called the 'restaurant' team and raised it.
Post Christmas I was passed to Nathalie from their management team who was rude and un helpful throughout. Claiming no one else had ever had the problem and it must be us. Utter madness as 12 years of ordering Christmas lunch in Dubai has never left us with this problem. Ultimately there are so many great options, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
