absolutely stunning place. have tried breakfast in many other cafes in dubai i would give this a 15/10 it was absolutely amazing. smiling staff. amazing atmosphere. and mind blowing coffee

I suppose the first visit was really good for atmosphere, f&b and service.
But the second visit earlier today was not that great especially when the staff chose to upset customers.
Without having to go through a lengthy rant about the situation, let’s put it simply that they are only concerned about their process and not customer experience. Not in one isolated incident but 3 incidents in the same day.

I like the sitting, having comfortable seating and good lighting and a relaxing atmosphere. Very welcoming staff and great communication skills like Jeams who notice once that ti didn’t finish my soup then he knew it was salty and immediately started recommending alternatives as compensation and I told him next time. Today was the next time and he gave me the best lentil soup with balanced ingredients. thanks
Giving them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the amazing service, the best iced Spanish latte and the most delicious honey cake I’ve ever had.
Just the cafe name “HEAL” already gave me a very positive energy until I asked for their wifi password ????
