Toujours par hasard au détour d'une rue, voilà le chatelet au cœur de Vannes. Ambiance rétro et accueil souriant.
Une cuisine qui a du goût dans des plats simples mais savoureux.
L'accord des vins est parfait ainsi que la musique en toile de fond.

Malheureusement, c'est toujours aussi bon LOL ! Still just as good!
English first LOL! So, the first thing the staff tells you when they come to your table is that the restaurant is known for its fish and chips. As a Brit, I'm immediately skeptical but I can safely say that this is the best fish and chips I've had in France. Their choice of fish (Pollack when I was there) is based on what comes in off the boats and they have put a subtle French twist on a dish that is very close to my heart as an expat here in France. The chips were homemade, the food on the kid's menu was homemade, the creme brûlée I had for dessert was mind-blowing and the service was absolutely PHENOMENAL. Faultless in every respect.
