CAMPING LE LAC Ô FÉES ^{* * *}

Super terrain de camping, calme, très propre. Les gérants sont supers sympas, et à l'écoute de ses clients. Le restaurant est très bien situé, et on y mange très bien. Nous avions loué un petit mobil 1 chambre "vivîane" super cosy, très propre. Je recommande vivement ce camping. On reviendra l'année prochaine.

Cycle touring through and turned up just before a rain storm. We managed to park our bicycles in the roofed area next to reception. (We arrived 1 1/2 hours before opening.) The lovely receptionist (with the fantastic decolletage hidden under a translucent black and white scarf) let us stay on a pitch with a covered area, which was very kind, and she also provided us with some wine glasses to go with the bottle of wine we purchased at reception.
We managed to get our tents and tarp up in intervals between the deluge and sipped wine when the rain hit hard again, the covered area also allowed us to put up our wet clothes to air.
Showers could have been warmer. And they only had one of the holy trinities of French campsites:Toilet seats. No toilet paper and no soap.
A great scenic lake and lots of quirky Hansel and Grettle style places to stay in. Shame we didn't stay under better conditions.

Avec notre wonderbox, nous avons pris deux nuits dans le logement druide (tente en bois en hauteur). Accepte les chiens. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré la pluie. Le cadre est sympa. Le petit restaurant aussi. Endroit calme et reposant.

Lovely people who run this campsite, nice views with lovely lakeside walks, with the added bonus of a little restaurant/bar which is run by the campsite owners. Would definitely return
