Tout était parfait ! chambre propre et magnifique.... machine à café très appréciée en chambre... juste un bémol..Dans la salle du petit-déjeuner, dommage qu'il n y aie qu'une seule machine à café, car le matin il y a beaucoup de monde !

Mon séjour était superbe j’y reviendrai avec plaisir. Juste j’aurais aimé qu’il y ait un restaurant dans l’établissement. C’est plus pratique pour la jeunesse, qui aime dîner assez tard.

Hotel remarquable situé, proche de la vieille ville et face à la mer. Bon confort mais la fréquentation importante de groupes nuit à la qualité de l’hotel. Petits déjeuners très moyens et difficilement accessibles car envahis par les groupes. A ce niveau de prix cela est difficilement acceptable.

Nice Reno. We did not get cleaning service the lady came at 4:00 pm I told her that’s not acceptable and too late when they had the whole morning. They told me they had a lot of arrivals but that’s not my problem I’m paying for a service that I did not get. The breakfast options are good. Océane at the desk was professional and very personable at the same time. The server who deliver sodas to our room was very kind too and offer to cool our bottle of champagne. You should offer can options for your in room beverages because you don’t have any bottle opener in the room. Overall we had a good stay and will come back. Thank you to the team including housekeepers…

Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstücksraum zu klein, wenn Gruppen da sind. Schöne Auswahl zum Frühstück. Hotelbar öfters unbesetzt. Perfekte Lage zu Strand und Intra Muros. Geräumige Dusche. Tolles Hotel!

Un séjour parfait, de très grande qualité et très proche de la ville intra muros. De plus un surclassement nous a été offert et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue magnifique sur la mer.
L'accueil irréprochable et personnel très très sympathique.
Chambre propre, confortable avec un très grand lit. Super.
C'est la deuxième fois que l'on y vient et on y reviendra certainement car nous aimons Saint-Malo
