Nous avons passé une nuit à l'Adresse en octobre 23 et tout était parfait. Accueil très sympathique, le garage du parking était réservé. Grande chambre avec balcon, machine Nespresso et très bon petit déjeuner, propreté exemplaire. Même si nous n'étions que des hôtes d'une nuit, nous avons été servis comme des habitués. Tout simplement génial.

J'ai eu un accident (j'ai été opéré de la clavicule droite) et l'hôtel ne m'a pas dédommagé et n'a pas accepté de changement de date. Je peux l'accepter parce que c'était les règles du contrat, mais maintenant ils me posent des questions sur mon séjour. Cela en dit encore plus long sur leur côté humain. Mon évaluation de l'hôtel est mauvaise, mais pas du point de vue de l'établissement, mais du point de vue humain. Ils laissent beaucoup à désirer.

Faire la vaisselle dans un 4 étoiles j'avais jamais vu ça, à part ça le personnel est très accueillant, l'hôte est propre et bien placé

Thank you for taking the time to reply.
We're delighted that you enjoyed our privileged location just a stone's throw from the historic center, the cleanliness of our establishment and the warm welcome from our team. Most of our rooms are equipped with a kitchenette to facilitate your stay and allow you to be more independent and free.
There is a poster in this area explaining that after too many abuses that we have had in the past, the customer is asked to clean what he has used. You are free to use the kitchenette or not.
We hope to see you soon in St Malo.
