Un peu à l'écart de la rue Jacques Cartier et de ses adresses aux prestations inégales, "la bouche en folie" mérite vraiment le détour avec une cuisine fort savoureuse et un service particulièrement sympathique. Le chef a un réel talent pour réaliser ses cuissons et agrémenter ses plats de sauces remarquables. N'hésitez pas à réserver car le nombre de couverts est relativement limité mais le plaisir est immense.

This has to be the most perfect restaurant. Everything is of utmost quality: cuisine, friendliness of staff, and atmosphere. Despite my very weak French language skills, I navigated the menu with the help of my waiter. Gravlax de saumone, Cod with courgettes in a savory butter and ham sauce, and profiteroles smothered in the most amazing chocolate sauce I've ever tasted. Ooh la la! A very nice Sauvignon Blanc, with un caffe and a Lambig de Bretagne to cap things off. The waiter urged me to pop around the corner and speak to the chef. A very young chap with extraordinary skills (spoke to him in English). Ça c'est bon. Go here!

L’aventure commence avec un serveur à l’humour très subtil et très avenant.
Bien installés en quelque secondes, on nous conseille une super bouteille de vin que je ne connaissais pas, parfaitement adaptée à nos plats.
Les accras superbes, la souris d’agneau fondante à souhait, mais le plat le plus exaltant était la lotte. À essayer absolument si vous passez à saint Malo
