Nice site. Nice cottage. But stay was spoiled by the fact that they would not open the security gate before 7am in order that we could catch the early morning ferry.|So don’t stay here if you are wanting to travel on the morning ferries ( Brittany Ferries or DFDS).|In my 20 years of staying on sites around UK and Europe I have never come across this situation before. Usually gate code will let you out and site wardens usually very accommodating. Not here. |Extra expenses incurred as had to move to stay last night in St Malo. Nowhere on La Touesse website can I find information regarding gate closure times. Totally unsatisfactory. Cannot recommend
